DPI ONLINE GRAND CHALLENGE : Jan 2020 to Feb 2020

Are you a food producer, manufacturer or retailer who thinks food traceability can be improved? Or do you have an interest in applying your research, policy or technical expertise to solving complex problems?

If that sounds like you, register to participate in NSW DPI's Online Grand Challenge which runs to 29 February 2020. If you do not have a specific idea to register, participate in our short online information session starting in late January 2020.

The DPI believes solutions can come from anywhere and anyone: private sector, entrepreneurs, researchers, engineers, academics and government employees. And we are asking for ideas on how to deliver lower cost food traceability solutions to strengthen primary industries? We have a number of exciting opportunities up for grabs for the right solutions. Including:

  • Up to 10 places in the GATE (Global Ag Tech Ecosystem) startup incubation program, valued at $20,000
  • Up to 20 places in the GATE startup four-week mentoring program, valued at $6,000
