HUMAN CENTRED DESIGN (HCD) WORKSHOPS FOR REGIONAL PUBLIC SERVANTS

Are you passionate about improving regional services?

Want to drive in regional innovation in your agency?

The NSW Public Service Commission and the Department of Primary Industries' GATE Innovation Centre are providing free workshops on Human Centred Design (HCD) for regional public servants.

Why learn HCD? Because our communities expectations are changing and we have a responsibility to continue to improve the way that we design and deliver services to them. This means understanding our regional customers and designing better, simpler ways of meeting them. HCD provides you with the tools and a methodology to do just that.

Workshops starts on 27 July 2020 so be quick. To find our more and register go to: https://smartri.com.au/humancentreddesign/

Who is driving this change?
