The close of 2020 has given us much to consider. Like all organisations DPI has faced a challenging time alongside the industry we serve. The GATE has pivoted its program to serve a our participants and has delivered substantial gains.Through the GATE and its partners Hort Innovation, Cotton RDC and Sparklabs Culitv8 we have fostered many projects.

Our partners Sparklabs Cultiv8 have attracted a phenomenal investment tipping $80 million and our first virtual Demo Day attracted its highest numbers yet.

In three years we have tracked progress of our graduate companies and have realised over 100 Australian jobs created as well as fast-tracking innovative products and research to industry.

In spite of 2020 drought, fires and uncertain trade arrangements, the Australian ag sector has a promising future and the GATE is excited to be part of it in 2021.

Seasons Greetings and we will be back on 11 January 2021.
